Can anyone tell me what brand boat this is?!

I am looking to restore this boat. Can any of you tell me what manufacturer made a boat like this? It is 13’6” long. It does not have a hull identification number or any logo or markings to identify the manufacture other than the design on the side that looks somewhat like a bullet or an arrow. I hope maybe one of you can recognize this boat . It was originally owned by a gentleman from around San Antonio, Texas.

The family does not know the make or model of the boat. It was last registered in 1988 and the state has told me they do not still have records concerning the registration number on this boat.

I am still trying to identify the maker of this boat. The designs on the sides look too professional to be homemade. Does anyone recognize these designs? The boat is pre-1971 and was owned by a man from Texas originally.
