Can anyone tell me what this reserviour is??

I have a 93 Four Winns with a 5.0 OMC. I just bought the boat... the reservoir in the front right of the engine hatch is empty, it has an orange cap. I?m not sure what it is. I attached a picture. I appreciate anyone?s help!

Looks like power stearing to me too?.... curious why no clamps on the cooling lines in and out of the pump.

Looks like the Power Steering reservoir.
