Yes, but it's probably not practical to do or economically viable. Obviously you need a new drive shaft, midsection, exhaust housing, water tube, shift shaft and a bunch of labor. I would be more inclined to get another motor rather than convert unless you get the parts from a junker and you provide the labor. If either motor has seen saltwater, you could have some surprises as well.
