Can I get a 4 blade prop for 1999 Capri 175?

I have a 1999 Bayliner Capri B/R with a 135hp I/O. It currently has a 3 blade 14.5x21 prop on it, I am looking for a little bit more get up and go, If I put a 4 blade prop on it would that help, also how should I adjust the pitch.
I have a working Tac so over revving shouldnt be an issue.

So as the reading goes,
1) I would like the boat to get to speed and plane a little better, especially pulling,
2+3) Currently an Aluminum 3 Blade 14.5 x 21 Prop(no manufacturer visible)
4)need to water test it, says it isn't neccessary, just helpful
5) Mercruiser 3.0 135hp, Alpha1 outdrive
6)1999 Bayliner Capri 175 Bowrider

So, what do you guys recommend???

Depends what kind of get up and go.
If you're looking for super hole shot...take it to the next step and get a Hi5 19 pitch.
