can i get more hp from my 70 johnson

is there any thing i can do to gt more power from my 1992 70hp.what is the diffrent on the 70hp and the 90hp models thanks for any help

The 90 hp models have another cylinder - more cubic inches. No way to make your 70 into anything but a 70...

You can fine tune your set up.Verticle height, trim,prop selection,trim excess weight and a carefully tuned motor.You might pick up a couple of mph and not spend a dime.
