Yup -- it would help to know exactly what "wiring issues" you need help with. All we know is you have a 140 HP Evinrue from somewhere between 1982 and 1984.

Sorry guys, thankyou for your efforts the other day but due to technical problems with the site I was unable to post my questions. They have been reposted in the electrics and trolling motor forum headed "can anyone help me with my evinrude v4 1982-84.
