Can i use a vp sx-a transom cutout for my omc cobra transom?

Hi. I have recieved a transom cutout template, but it says sx-a. Anyone know if i can use this for my OMC cobra -88 transom?

Yes, the cutout itself is the same. Do not drill the top two holes shown on the template, the Cobra drive does not use them.
