Not necessarily. The drives are very robust with repair and maintenance parts readily available. The engine is easy to work on, but major parts like pistons and heads require a bit of research to find a supplier with actual parts on hand. Some people like to tinker and rebuild things, others just want to use them. Different strokes and all that.Looking to me like it is going to be a headache...
The twin carbs make it something different than a 130.
It could be a 140 or bigger.
The motor says Chrysler but it's a Volvo.
The carbs, they seem to be down draft solex.
Look on the motor for tags or stickers.
