Can Sport Jet 120 replace a sport jet 90?

I have a line on a complete, running Sport Jet 120 to replace my Sport Jet 90 in a 95 Baja Blast. Will they interchange? Are the pumps different? I am guessing the 120 is considerably taller since it has one more cylinder.

No. pump ratio is different at the minumum.
