Were you drunk when you posted this. Are you trying to convert an open bow into a cabin?

He is trying to convert a small run-about (14') with a completely closed bow into a cabin.

This type and size of boat into cabin:

yes it's basically a junk boat. not drunk lol. but i kinda would wanna see if i could do this and the boat not break in half length wise because of less structure? i want a cabin on the boat i just like the cabin lay out kind of and since the boat floats and runs i would like to make it a cabin. it's a junk boat so why not. but can it be done?

Like this? What's the tri-hull configuration get you? Another .5 square feet of insanity?

If your boat was sea worthy, you would be better off making it into a camper config to stay on the hook now and then. The back of the boat could be enclosed for overnighting.

Why not make a light frame and some canvas enclosure for it? That way you're not chopping up the structure of the boat.

i could do that but i was think of a cabin for enclosure, then i could do a optional canvas clouse on the back this would be mostly to get more room. or i could i cut the front and make that a small cabin to sleep in and have the steering wheel on the back of it. this would be like a mirco ghetto cabin cruiser.

Is it required to ridicule any idea SBL comes up with?? That is shameful.

Yes, SBL, it could be done, but I don't think you would like the outcome, the work or the cost. Your boat is just too small.

I admire your imagination, young feller. I remember when I had that sort of no-barriers anything is possible attitude. Over time I learned that a lot of "possible" projects weren't worth doing.

I suggest what Southkogs offered. Do a canvas cabin like I had on Sunshine,
