OK, so I ordered the following:

Carb rebuild kit (three of 'em)
Fuel pump diaphragm kit
powerhead to leg gasket
lower seals, two of 'em


Then when done, I'll decarbon, link-n-sync and then go fishing.

Let me know what else I should or shouldn't do, please!!

Just an FYI my 1982 115 has both ADI and is power ported.
Mine had water intrusion in #6 with one bad piston, no machining required just a hone, rings, seals, bearings, the one piston. Parts are over $400.

Yeah, its really too bad I didn't realize to fix this sooner. Maybe this block would have been fine.
