Boat is a It's a 1978 Starcraft Holiday V5 14' Aluminum Runabout with 1979 Johnson SeaHorse Magflash CD 55HP - Model #: 55EL79C
It has power tilt but no power trim...I think.
I believe everything is correct and functions as it should, but I' just like some confirmation.
Tilt switch will tilt the motor up and down when in neutral or at very low speed.
If you have the motor tilted up and advance the throttle much, it sort of automatically drops down (softly, not harsh).
If you are all the way down and at rpm above a crawl, the switch simply does nothing.
Trim appears to be set manually via the pin in the holes.
I believe this is correct, in that the motor has power tilt only, and isn't fitted with power trim.
But I'd just like to check as I always read about "tilt and trim" and haven't read much about just plain old power tilt.
Just want to make sure it hasn't been butchered / cannibalized.
