Here is an update on progress with Tracker. I sent Angela (Warranty Administrator) an email on 6/21 asking for a phone number to contact her so we could discuss this issue but never did receive a response.
On 6/23 I contacted Randy Sosebee from Park Marine who is my dealer and asked if he had a contact number where I could speak with someone at Tracker and he offered me the number of Jeff Gardner with Tracker.
After a couple VM?s I was able to reach Jeff today who was able to look up my file but not the pictures we had sent (basically the same ones in this thread) so I gave Jeff the link to this thread so he could not only see the pictures but could see everyone?s input as well. Jeff promised to look into this and give me a call back after he has done so.
Jeff seemed very helpful so I have hopes that he will be able to take care of these repairs for me. I will keep everyone posted on progress. Thanks again for all the input!
