can you tell by model number shaft length?

I am looking at a E140TXCCM and was wondering if you could tell by the model number if it was a 20 or 25 inch shaft? Any input would be greatly appreciated.

"T" = electric start trim and tilt, "CC" = 1988, "X" = 25" shaft
