Cannot upload images to ideabooks

Cannot edit ideabooks. I can edit text and delete images but cannot add any images to any existing ideabook. I can create new ideabooks but cannot add images. The image file selection works but when I click on Upload, nothing happens except the rotating wheel and after a minute I get an error message. I have tried rebooting several times. This happens while using either Chrome or Firefox on a desktop pc and both browsers are up to date.

I too just tried starting an ideabook (which worked) but the server wouldnt upload the pix and its well under the max allowed size, barely 27kb

seems the tech minions have been tinkering under the cowl

its a holiday weekend, might take a couple days....
