Still not working.
If I go to a link I have of a on going auction, it comes up like normal. But when trying to go to the homepage or to a search threw an auction page, I get a big "bad request"

I have no idea, I don't know much about computers, just know how to use them when they are working right, something go's wrong and I'm dead in the water.

If I go to URL to the on-going or old auction, from there I can get into "my ebay" and do a search and it works like normal from there. But I can't get on to the homepage pull up the "smartsearch" threw the "myebay" page.

I'll have to play around with the IE settings,,,,,if I can find them. :(

They have been making lots of changes over at ebay in the last couple of weeks.

Delete your cookies.
Go to the ebay.com homepage.
Go to Myebay, login when asked.
Now rebookmark the Myebay page.

Lots of my old ebay bookmarks will no longer work.
It seems the page addresses are all changed.
There are even some new numbers in the Myebay address.

It works for me now. Ryan .T.........

From the upper left hand screen, scroll down to "find".....

In the "box", enter..."browser cache" and send. The brower cache will show up.....drag the browser cache off the "find" screen and on to your main screen.

Repete the same process with, "history.html" and "favorites.html" and "cookies.html".

Clear the find screen and drag the above icons to the recycle bin or delete icon, that should be on your home screen.

In the upper right of your screen, there should be a display of how much memory you have on your hard disk.
You should see an increase in "memory" numbers once you complete the deletion of the above files.

This does not actually delete the files, only the contents of each file, thus increasing useable space.

Have you checked the "Parental settings"? If someone else uses your computer, they could have blocked you out of some types of programs.
Try cleaning the file's first and do it frequently after you use your 'puter. Delelting these files can also increase your 'puter speed, at least it works on my wife's "antique" Mac.

...Bob in Calif...
