can't believe I have to ask...350 belt replacement

Replacing the belts on my volvo aq290 350 and I thought that power steering pump just moved forward to get the v-belt off?

What am I missing? How do you get the p/s belt off?

not certain about volvo, but my merc has 2 bolts thru a bracket into block, plus a bracket below motor with 1 bolt. usually just loosen all bolts, should slide sideways to allow belt to come off.

I am pretty sure it is like the AQ271 I have. Look at the power steering pump bracketing again, I believe the pump bracket will pivot once the correct bolt(s) are loosened.
