I can log in, but I need to change my password. When I go through that process, I get to the point where "A password reset request has been emailed to you. Please follow the instructions in that email" is shown - but no e-mail ever shows up (I've checked spam, etc.).
Hi there, well unfortunately we have discovered that the websites internal inbound and outbound email system are inoperative in-turn losing communication with all members should they ever become locked out of their original account settings all in which includes not being able to change the password using the automated system and at this point we've been unable to reach out to let anyone know in regards to the site owners or IT tech that there is a problem with the email system.
I know this sounds crazy and not sure of your circumstances of change needed (hacked, etc.) but since you don't appear to be locked out of this password in use here, you might be better off leaving it up, but should you truly need the password changed, Send
