Can't Find Model/Year for my Johnson Outboard

Hi All - I can't find any model/year info on my Johnson outboard. It's a 48 Special, that's all I know. I looked in all the usual places (back and sides of the engine, transom mount area on both sides, under the cover).

I'm wondering if my powerhead was replaced at some point in the past - I was able to find a circular silver disk on the top of the powerhead, it has a stylized "M" top center and then the string G2258648 below that.

Any ideas?
