Can't Find Thread

A few months ago there was a thread about tachs or rpms or props tat included a picture & link to a small round tach which could be used for testing motors. It sold for like $50 or $60 and was less than 3" in dia. I have searched everything I could think of and can't find the thread. Does anyone remember? I would like to order one but can't remember who made it.
