I have been trying to get it started now for two days and no luck....I am about to loose my arm from pulling the starter cord. I took off the carburetor and cleaned it right out with carb cleaner. Put it back on and also I am not getting any spark on one of the spark plugs. The higher one. The lower sparks fine.

Does the coil for the upper cylinder look cracked or damaged? If not it's most likely the powerpack, which I don't know exactly how to test but someone on here can probably help you with that. Does the powerpack look burnt?<br />Eric
