Haha- the 60's were weird times!
There are tons of those things around my area- They built the stuff in Peterborough here for years. There's even a few special executive "1 off" models hiding in people's boat houses.
The circulating Pump is on the front of the engine. The raw water pump is in the bottom of the upper unit of the outdrive.
To access raw water pump, you need to remove the drive, and split the upper and lower halves by removing the cover off the top of the exhaust housing.
Then flip the uper upside down on the bench, and when you look in under the upper, you'll see 4 bolts- those 4 bolts hold the w/p and lower bearing housing into the upper.
