I am a newbie to the boating world. I have a 24' pontoon boat and live in alabama. The pontoon is fiberglass. My question is am I required to have a capacity plate. I have been trying to find this information on line to no avail. Would prefer to have the answer before I get checked on the water. Just want to be legal.
