Capacity sticker info needed, '96 Sunbird Neptune 202

I am going to have a new capacity sticker made for my boat and would like to verify the info. The one that is on it now says "8 persons or 1200 lbs. - 1200 lbs. persons, motor, gear - 150 HP motor". Should the "persons, motor, gear" rating be different (higher) than the "persons" rating? The weight and HP ratings are on a seperate sticker from the manufacturer's info and I'm not sure it's original, so I'm asking. Thanks!

No, the weight capacity includes everything.. people, motor and gear (including fuel)

IE:

And "people" are assumed to be 150lbs each, but if its rated for 9ppl, and 6max out the weigh capacity, you're done, no more people aboard...

Same for if the 9ppl are mostly 60lb kids, no more then 9ppl aboard.

So in the plate image I posted, 9 150lb people are nearly 200lbs over max capacity alone, no gear or motor :facepalm: not an exact science...
