I'm looking for a car cover. I'm working on a 1985 Corvette. I'll be storing it on my concrete driveway in NE Ohio, so we have all kinds of weather (snow, rain, sun, temps from -10 to 95 F).
What would be a good cover to get? What should I expect to pay? How long would you expect it to last?
Thanks

Re: car covers

I have used Covercraft car covers for a few years and they work pretty well. Your best bet would be to look them up, and then maybe give them a call and tell them what you are trying to accomplish and what you will be working with. they will have "block sizes" that will fit your car pretty well, but if you are looking for a really good fit they will send you a form that you will measure your car in certain places and they can make a cover for your car specifically. What makes that nice is that if you have any non-OEM body work (body kits, spoilers, etc) they will fit perfectly. you can find them at www.covercraft.com They also make covers for PWCs, and they may do boats also. You can also order them in colors and add logos, etc.

I would stay away from the wal-mart or pep boys covers, as they tend to shred in sun and wind, etc. As with anything else, you get what you pay for!
