carb ajustment

what is the adjustment on a 1960-67 5.5 carb.when i took it apart the 2 screws where stuck so i couldnt count the turns.thanks

Try 1 1/2 turns out on the low speed and 3/4-1 turn out on the high speed. Should get you going.
