This weekend I pulled the boat out for first time since last summer. 1999 penta 4.3 2bbl. It would start and run, but not well. Thats when i noticed the fuel leaking. Upon inspection, the 4 bolts holding the bowl onto the carb were hand tight, causing a small leak. Snugged the bolts up and all was ok again. Boat ran fine w/o any leaks last season, so somehow during winter storage they worked themselves loose. Is this at all common?
