Hello... If you see my other post, you will see that I cannot find a service manual for this motor...yet. Does anyone have an exploded view of my carburator so that I can finish rebuilding it? The rebuild kit did not come with instructions or a diagram sooo I am shootin' in the dark. For example... The needle packing. I am assuming it is the small cork washers (doubled up). Is that right? The old packing looked like rubber. Also, there is a large fat roughly 1/2 inch washer/fat o ring.... Where does it go? Help!

Send me a PM with your e-mail address for a picture. The thick soft washer/gasket goes on the brass nozzle sticking out the bottom of the upper part of the carb to seal it to the float bowl.

That same basic carb was used way up into the 1970's and beyond, in varying horsepowers from 2 to 20. The newer ones have a fixed jet in place of the high speed needle, but they all work the same and use the same basic kits. (Well you will come up short on needle valve packings if you use a fixed-jet kit---and the mounting flange gaskets vary per horsepower).
