Carb float bowl not sealing..? Warped?

So like the 60 horse power there carburetored engine the float bowls are to stay on the same carburetor as the are all different. Is the 88 SLO’s the same? Are the two float bowls different from each other?

An easy why to find those answers out is to look up a parts breakdown and compare the numbers of the models you are questioning. I do that all the time when I need a part and they are listed as no longer available anymore. But the newer models uses the same part but some times with a different number. You have to be creative to locate parts some times...

Thank you gm280 I put the 1994 carburetors on made sure they were cleaner than a whistle and this thing runs like a dream in muffs all cylinders are firing idles nice I think I’m satisfied enough to put in water to test it with back pressure and see what we get there! Thank all of y’all for every bit of information you all have provided! It’s nice to have people with experience as I am blinded by these outboards first time ever really messing with them..
