I have a 1989 Evenrude xp150, I bought it from a guy that never run the motor but about 6 times.It has set alot, and had not been cracked in over 3 years. I went thru the carbs. and cleaned them and I cut the oil injection loose.When I take it to the river it is hard to start (when cold)it will hit but it is like is flooded. After it is warm it cranks right up and idles great(it idles good cold also).After it is been run if you don't leave it in neutral and rev it up it will quit when you try to take off. Could it be a leaky diaphragm in the fuel pump or still in the carbs. Thanks for any reply
