I have replaced the float and cleaned the carb but it will only suck gas whenever I hold my hand over the opening the first two cylinders kick in and start running. It is just something I missed while cleaning the carb or what? The other two carbs run fine.

When you say suck gas. do you mean out of the booster venture? You are effectively choking the engine when you block the carbs. Is choke mechanism broken? Did you check the inlet needle settings(affects fuel level)? What did you set the mixture screws at for the initial start up?

When I say suck gas I mean pull gas into the cylinders, idle mix screws are set about 1 3/4 to 2 turns from bottom. When the engine is running cylinders 3,4,5, and 6 are the only ones running. I can put my fingers over the carb (which supply's cylinders 1 and 2) and it'll start pushing fuel into the cylinders and they start to run but when I removed my hand they stop again.

Sounds like plugged idle/low speed circuits in the carb, or low fuel level in the bowl

Do you have the overhaul kit for the carb? If so did you remove the round plug(33) that cover the idle ports? Unless that is R&R it is pretty much impossible to ensure the idle circuit is clean

Nope, I replaced the needle and seat and soaked everything down with some carb cleaner and blew it out with some compressed air

Stop running the motor.------------No gas going in means no oil either.---------------Did you remove high speed jet and verify that passage from the bowl is clean ?
