Ok I got back up to the boat this weekend and did some poking around. It turns out that I am getting fire on all cylinders the problem lies in the #3 carb it is junk completly junk. I took all 3 carbs off and cleaned them but the #3 carb the bottom one is all pitted and has corrode all over and someone at one point broke one of the needles off in it. So if I can find a needle for it I might try to grind the inside back to smooth replace the needle and try to see if that works. I think that the broken needel was all the way seated when it broke.
