Carb Questing ?

Should I put any sealent on the gasket between the carb and block. rebuilt carb's 1989 Johnson 90 HP.

Thanks. New to working on a boat. I knew that you did on an auto. Read some post that said to put sealent on every gasket. Just wanting to be sure.
