Anybody have any tips on getting these pesky J tubes taken out of these holly carburetors so I can install new ones? The ones that I have are broken off

Is the flange still there? If Yes, grab with a vice grip and twist back and forth

If not, a left handed drill. Try 5/16 first, then work up

Make an installation tool to drive in the new ones. I use a section of metal tube with a slot cut in it with a die grinder so it pushes the flange in. Put the carb on a block of wood and drive them in
