Well, I just finished Cleaning my "CARB" for the 1997 Evinrude 6hp. there is this small hose that goes threw the middle of the float and connects to the little plastic thing. The plastic thing hooks up to the metal jet in the middle. What size hose/lenght is this?

Thanks for your help

Bill,
I can't help either as my books don't go that small but somebody will answer. Just wanted to say I find it very commendable in this day and age that a young man, such as yourself, saved his paper route money to but a boat. My hat off to you and your parents. Now bump to the top.
Mike
:)

The small hose is 1 9/16 long with a inside dia of
1/16. You should be able to use model aircraft fuel line,. The oem hose is black. If you cant find a hose, I can mail you the one I have laying on my desk.
