Duh huh question for you master techs out there...I'm trying to sync carbs with carb tuner but can't find vacuum ports to hook the thing up to. I've heard all the horror stories about the carbs on these motors so I'm trying to do everything by the book. Any help will be greatly appreciated.

What is your engine s/n?

There should be four plugs on the side of the intake manifold, These plugs are removed and the hoses adapters provided in the carb tuner kit are installed.

Thanks Gerry,
I knew i would feel like an idiot after getting a response. i stared at those shiny little bolts more than once but my brain was fixed on attaching to the carbs.

Thanks again Gerry. Did the carb sync. Worked great. She purrs like a kitten, no stumbles or sneezes on acceleration but now it wont go over 3000rpm under load. played with air/fuel mixtures but no good. seems i traded one problem for another. Before i cleaned the carbs it would scream wot but not idle.
Im starting to thing I damaged a jet(s) during cleaning. ????
