carb tuning help

I have a 1983 60hp evinrude that runs but spits fuel back through the carbs. I need to know how to adjust the carbs so i can fix this. Also lately the motor runs a little rough and recently had problems starting...think it might be related to the fuel issue. btw its a dual carb

pulled the cover off and i have one adjustment screw per carb....what procedures do i take to adjust correctly?

they are not suppose to be adjusted. clean you carbs. you also need to inspect the reed valves. when carbs are off. also check you compression, you could be experiencing blow buy in on of the cylinders.
