how do you set the float height on a honda bf15a 2001 four stroke electric start out board? Engine starts real easy but when put in gear and throtle is opened it dies, I have installed a new fuel pump and filter and plugs. I left gas in carb too long and had to clean carb, I think I may have gotten the floaqt out of adj.
