She was a cia agent with a classification that that if something happened to her they would deny any verification of her existence. This is okay with you who claim a monopoly on patriotism? The outing of a CIA agent? This is much more serious that some fun in the white house with LeWinsky. This is just another example of what hippocrites some people are. This is just another argument that they are soft on fighting terrorism. Let's fight terrorism & out our CIA agents. That's a real good way to do it. Go fly the hippocrite's flag after church next Sunday. Novack's the one that should be in jail, if not Rove.

Who exactly has said that if they are guilty, neither should be punished? <br /><br />Is there not an investigation in progress?<br /><br />I would imagine Novak, spilled the beans in a deal. The person providing the information in the first place should be the one hung out to dry. If it ends up being Rove, I would give the reporter a pass, just to finally see a 'high ranking' source finally get what they deserve.

Now you wanna talk about a witch hunt oddjob? What do you call the Clinton and Lewinsky affair? There was more money spend investigating that BJ than there was on the entire 9/11 investigations, which our President tried to block in the first place. Explain that one.<br /><br />Valerie Plame's identity was revealed as retaliation at her husband, Joseph Wilson, for proving that the whole "yellow cake uranium deal" between Iraq and Niger was bunk, but that didn't stop the President from using it anyway. Someone in that administration did it, and it has already been proven that Karl was involved in some way. And remember, there were 2 top WH sources, so there is definitely someone involved besides Rove. My bet it Lewis Libby.

Half fast is clearly uninformed and very malleable to whatever the media wants him to believe.<br /><br />There is no scandal here as Rove has been very upfront about the whole ordeal. he even signed wavers, along with Cheney and others, in late 2003 and 2004 to wave any confidentiality to what he had spoke about with the reporters in question. <br /><br />In his discusssion with the reporter he simply clarified that the direction of the mission to the CIA agents husband did not come from the White house, but it came from the wife. Rove did not name this person nor did he kknow anything about her. In fact he had learned of this direction from other reporters and not through his confidential channels.<br /><br />If you will do the research you will find that this Wilson character has been totally discredited.<br /><br />The only scandal here is the constant barrage and distration from the democratic operatives and the willingness of the media.<br /><br />Clinton lied to my face that is the issue, not the BJ. Just like if your child lies to you. Do you trust them?? Meanwhile, we are not tending to the nations business.<br /><br />The change here is that Rove didn't do anything wrong and we are spending money, time and energy that could be spent elsewhere tending to the need of the nation all in pursuit of the 'hate Bush' agenda. It is sickening.

Did you folks not see McClellan, whose job is to speak for the administration, backpedalling and scrambling and dodging and weaving futilely trying to distance himself from what he said a couple of years ago?<br /><br />We'll see how this plays out.<br /><br />And did anyone actually read that Rush garbage? Yeah....he should have done a Reno and just refused to answer questions. Yes I read rush all the time. He brings alot of news to the table that the media does not. I don't necessarily care that he lied to all of us, although that is a pretty big deal on its own. The issue was the fact that he put himself in a position to be blackmailed etc. by behaving like he was in a Canadian strip club. There are sets of facts in this whole Karl Rove-Joe Wilson story, and many of those facts are purposely left out in every mainstream press report you can see from the New York Times to the Washington Post to the LA Times to the news magazines to the Sunday shows, and yet we know what they're leaving out.

I am not is disagreement. With a caveat. That is, this countries borders are WIDE open. Anybody can get through.<br /><br />As far as a witch hunt, I agree. The accusations are not true? Where exactly have the WMD been found. One side said they have proof they exist, the other disagreed. Who was not telling the truth on this one? I surely would think that would have made the news.<br /><br />Witchhunts, going after Clinton as they did was a joke. It was the greatest of all hunts. Although I do not condone what he did, or maybe I do. Hard to tell, it never happened to me like that. Any way, there was but one purpose for the attack by the republicans, regain the Whitehouse.
