Cdi Electronics power coil

Using the application guide on the cdi electronics website, they tell me I need power coil 113-4783 to replace the power coil on my Evinrude model E10EL4EEB (1999 9.9 hp 4 Stroke with electric start) That cdi power coil does not have the optical sensor and it also has two wires for attachment to the ignition coil. My current setup only has one wire from the power coil to the ignition coil. What am I supposed to do with the second wire? Anyone have any experience with this? The original power coil for my application is like $250 but the replacement cdi one is only $80.
