F-I-L was a Scottsman, I don't know if it is true that they can be frugal but he had an old Johnson 9.9 pushing that 18' Geisler. I think it was running on 1 cylinder I swear. At WOT I think it t did 10MPH, maybe. It was to be my B-I-L's one day. Ted swore the 1st thing he was going to do is put on the max H.P. on it, I don't know if he ever did. I'll have to ask my ex.
