Censorship?

Huh...just got a post deleted. In the Bayliner section of the brands forum, I suggested that for even more exact information, from almost 8000 Bayliner owners, they should visit a certain site. Poof.<br /><br />Can a moderator (or anyone) tell me which rule I broke? I moderate a site as well, and the Rules Of Engagement are clearly posted, but I can't find the "rules" here on iboats.....

Posting links to any commercial operation, whether it is an iboats competitor or not, is not appreciated. References are acceptable, but not direct links.<br /><br />Iboats is a marine products retailer and does not support the advertisement of other commercial sites.<br /><br />Does that help?

Thanks JB, that does help (somewhat). The site I referenced is not a commercial operation. It's solely a forum. However it does have a sponsor that is a competitor.<br /><br />However, this is your site, your rules. I'll keep the direct links out.

Information is the most lucrative commodity in todays competitive market. The best for less is really the nature of pure competition.
