centerline rubber trailer guide/rollers

Have an older boat trailer that hauls 12 ft. aluminum. my old center beam rollers are chiped and worn. Two front roller measure across 3 in..,rear back roller 5 in across, 3 in. roller inside diam. meas. about 7/16 where-as 5 in roller across inside diam meas. about 9/16. Where can i get replacements.

Went to a neaby discount mart for the 3 inch and they were a bit wide at more than a half inch to wide.
