Hello,
I've been reading in here about people having carb problems, if my cowling has CFI in it that means its injected no carbs, right?
89 150 hp force outboard

Sorry but no.
The cfi refers to "cross flow induction." Has to do with air flow into the cylinders.
Your engine has 3 carbs.
