I am a new boat owner and looking for an article or itube video pretty specific on changing water pump and the impeller on a 1991 evinrude 60 horse, model te60tleib

Buy the factory manual and you will always have that knowledge. Best money you will ever spend.

manual: http://boatinfo.no/lib/library.html the pump kit I ordered came with pretty specific instructions. Those 2 combined with https://www.youtube.com/watch?v=6WZMArnU48c and you can get it done!!! 2 people help when reinstalling lower unit!
