what type tools do i need to complete this task ,one that i know of is a spreader ? this job is being done on a 1978 inline 6cyl. chev motor with a mercruiser 165 outdrive. i dont have the serial numbers present. i have the entire outdrive off . i see what i ned to get to but dont know the proper way to do it .
