Changing bunks on toon trailer??

I launched my boat Saturday and noticed my one of my bunks floating offthe trailer as my wife pulled away!! I used some screws and temporarily re-attached the bunk. My question is , can I safely jack the pontoons off the bunks and replace them at home or should I launch the boat and replace at the ramp?

Best option is to launch boat and replace bunks in the parking lot, not at the ramp.

Its not easy to jack a pontoon of a bunk trailer... It can be done, but involves some long 4x4's and big jacks. As the post above, far easier to float it off.
