YES! That is, if the OMC prop will fit the lower unit of your Mercury. Here is an older bronze prop that I re-hubbed from OMC to Chrysler and a newer prop re-hubbed from OMC to 15 spline Force.
Press out the old 13 spline hub with at least a 2 ton press. Buy a NEW 15 spline hub from HMS hubs. The old hub--if you pressed it out of a Merc. prop will be questionable and may even be destroyed. see the first two photos of the white prop with the bronze insert pressed out but the rubber still inside. It needed to be cut out before I pressed in a new hub.
Use an appropriately Sized bearing cup as an inserting tool-- I use the forward gear outer race from a large Force engine-- Lubricate the rubber hub and inside of the prop with soapy water. Press in the new hub. Let sit for a day or two before using to allow the water to dissipate and the rubber to "grab"
