hello<br /> which oil seals are you changing?<br /> if its the prop shaft seals then yes the carrier has to be removed. so far I have not found any tools like the OMC prop seal tools for yamaha's. good luck and keep posting. <br /> PS carefully measure and record the seal depth before removing them.
THANK YOU FOR THE REPLY, THE SEALS I NEED TO CHANGE I CAN SEE ON THE FRONT OF THE BEARING, THERE ARE TWO RING SEALS, IS THERE A SECOND SET OF RINGS IN THE BEARING
