Changing out gauges on 89 Capri

I'm looking for guidance in changing out the gauges on my 89 Capri. I already have the replacements, a full set of Vectors by Teleflex.

What I am trying to find out is what is the easiest way to change out the gauges. The original US Marine units are in place, with the tach jumping all over and the water temp so crazed by the sun it is unreadable. When I crawl under the dash, the rear of the 2 inch gauges is in what looks like a white plastic case and I see not mounting clamps. :(

Is there a way to remove the instrument panel and just change out that way?

Any assistance would be greatly appreciated.

Well I did get the gauges changed out. Now I have a few of the old US Marine gauges that are in very good condition and working. Is there any value to these or they just more landfill material. The gauges are the 2 inch voltage, fuel and oil pressure. The speedo has a little sun craze along the very bottom. All are the gauges with the square housing.

How did you get to the guages, we have a javelin boat and it seems difficult to get to guages.
